Local Delivery Service
The service requires you to register with us and create an account. Upon doing so you can be eligible to have your orders delivered within the delivery area, as indicated on the map on the Local Delivery Service page. Your account can be charged via business billing/ credit card/ payment on delivery. Orders submitted and paid by 2:00 pm will be delivered the next business day between 9am-4pm. Orders scheduled after 2:00pm will be scheduled for delivery on the second business day. Geographical scheduling may apply. Service not available Saturday and Sunday. Professional orders will be given professional priority.

We ship via UPS/ FedEx Ground Service. Other shipping methods are available upon request, subject to applicable fees. For AK, HI and PR shipping rates, please e-mail us at email@example.com
At this time we do not offer International shipping.
All of our items are eligible for local pick up at our retail store. Notification of local pick up required at payment.
Large items will be sent via freight service. Buyer is responsible for all freight and related fees. Freight arrangements are to be completed by the buyer.
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases delivered to the same address. Please email us at the end of your purchases for a final shipping price. The shipping rate is based on the weight, dimensions and the delivery zip code.

For items shipped via freight carrier;
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping/invisible damage caused by the package being mishandled.
For items shipped via UPS;
If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property.
Please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 800.600.1525.
